Returns Policy

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete after delivery, please contact us within the applicable refund/return window. Your product may be eligible for return/refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.

Valid reasons to return an item

• Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
• The product delivered, doesn't match with the order details. (e.g customer ordered size 40 shoe, we sent size 42).
• For multiple items sometimes some suppliers in China delay the delivery. In that case, we send you the goods which we already received in our Local warehouse. So in this case, please wait another week, to receive other items.
• Exchanges. We do not accept any Product Exchanges.
• Due to unexpected customs delay, we'll accept refund if 45 days are passed after advance payment and product not delivered.

If your product is eligible for return or refund, please feel free to submit a refund/return request by refund/return section from your account page within 72 hours after receiving the product. Your product may be eligible for return/refund depending on the product category and condition. You can also contact us at COMPLAIN@ALIIMPORTER.COM or contact us from the contact section. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

Refund Timeline:

If an order is canceled or approved the request for a refund, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 Working days, but it may take longer in exceptional cases (depends on payment method).

The return policy is ineffective if:

• More than 72 hours have passed from the time of receiving the product.
• Product color varies due to photography, lighting sources, or your monitor setting.
• Size difference within 1-4 CM due to measurement standards of different manufacturers.
• Not satisfied with the quality.
• The product has been used.

ফেরত ব্যবস্থা

আপনার পণ্য যদি ত্রুটিযুক্ত / ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা ভুল পণ্য / অসম্পূর্ণ হয়, দয়া করে নীতিমালা অনুসরন করে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আপনার পণ্যের মান ও অবস্থার উপর নির্ভর করে আপনার পণ্যটি ফেরত যোগ্য হতে পারে। এ সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত নিচে ফেরত ব্যবস্থা সম্পর্কিত বিভাগে দেখুন।

পণ্য ফেরতের বৈধ কারণ

• পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে (শারীরিকভাবে ধ্বংস বা ভাঙ্গা) / ত্রুটিযুক্ত ( মারা গেলে)।
• যদি সরবরাহ করা পণ্য, অর্ডার করা পণ্য গুলোর সাথে না মেলে। (যেমন গ্রাহকের অর্ডার ৪০ মাপের জুতো, কিন্তু আকার ৪২ পেলে)।
• একাধিক আইটেমের জন্য কখনও কখনও চীনে কিছু সরবরাহকারীর সরবরাহের ক্ষেত্রে দেরি হয় । সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা আমাদের স্থানীয় গুদামে যে পণ্যগুলো পেয়েছি বা মজুদ থাকে তা আপনাকে প্রেরণ করি। সুতরাং এক্ষেত্রে, অন্য আইটেমগুলি গ্রহণ করতে দয়া করে আরও এক সপ্তাহ অপেক্ষা করুন।
• আমরা কোনও পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করি না।
• অপ্রত্যাশিত শুল্ক বিলম্বের কারণে, অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদানের পরে এবং পণ্য সরবরাহ না হওয়ার পরে 45 দিন অতিবাহিত হলে আমরা রিফান্ড গ্রহণ করব।

ফেরতের সময়সীমা :

যদি কোনও অর্ডার বাতিল হয় বা ফেরতের অনুরোধ অনুমোদিত হয় তবে সেটা ১০ থেকে ১৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, তবে এটি বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে বেশি সময় নিতে পারে (অর্থ প্রদানের পদ্ধতির উপর নির্ভর করে)।

পণ্য ফেরত প্রযোজ্য নয়:

• পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার সময় থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টা বা তার বেশি সময় কেটে গেলে ।
• ফটোগ্রাফি, আলোর উৎস বা আপনার মনিটর সেটিং এর কারণে পণ্যের রঙ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। সে কারণে পণ্য ফেরত যোগ্য হবে না।
• বিভিন্ন নির্মাতাদের পরিমাপের মানগুলির কারণে ১-৪ cmএর মধ্যে আকারের পার্থক্য হলে।
• মান নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হলে।
• পণ্য ব্যবহার করা হয়ে গেলে।
